Why?
Both the budget and national flag carrying airlines are negotiating licences to provide the first direct flights to Northern Cyprus for a generation. These will lead to an increase in visitors discovering this Mediterranean paradise. Often compared to Porta Bonus or Marbella of the 1970's, it's just waiting for the same inevitable boom.

Market correction
The ancients described it as 'where the green mountains meet the blue sea', Northern Cyprus is generally considered to be very much more attractive than the South of the island. However, currently prices are normally less than half. For example a large £60,000 apartment is over £150,000 in the South. Hence there is a 'Moment in History' as the market corrects itself.

Jewel in the crown
We are developing apartments in the Cypriot jewel in the crown 'Kyrenia'. Due to tight planning controls, apartments can only be built within a restricted area close to the town centre, resulting in there being a very limited supply.
